Skype退回上周的错误计费并且赠送1欧元充值卡

上周Skype out包月套餐的计费错误持续了大概3个小时,期间导致很多朋友使用包月账户拨打包月范围内的电话一样被按时间计费.

今天Skype给每位客户发来了致歉邮件保证在48小时内退回误扣的话费并且额外附赠给受影响的用户每人一张1欧元(约9.5人民币)的充值卡,可以在线充值到Skype账户中.

经过本人测试,充值成功,如下图

Dear XXX,

On June 30, 2009 we suffered a technical fault with our systems
which affected your monthly subscription. We quickly identified
and fixed the problem, and are confident that it won’t happen
again.

Unfortunately, during this time any calls that you made to a
country covered by your subscription were charged from your
Skype Credit balance.

We will be refunding your balance in full within the next 48
hours. Also, as a gesture of goodwill here’s a voucher for
1 EUR/GBP/USD (or equivalent in your currency) of Skype Credit
free of charge. Please go to skype.com/go/voucher to redeem.
